Hello my friend, I want to tell you to stop throwing your sales pitch. Okay!

Are you wondering why people aren’t signing up? Are you wondering why people are not interested? Well, I tell you why! Because you are throwing a sales pitch at them.

What I mean have you ever gotten a cold call? And a tele-marketer said: Hello mister so and so, would you like to try a new product? And instantly your mind, at that instant says: "absolutely not, I am gonne shut down, stop listening", that’s it, okay!

When you throw a sales pitch to other people, their mind instantly shuts you down. You have no way to get into the door. You have no way to build a relationship. They have no reason to trust you.

So what I am here to tell you, is to stop throwing sales pitches. Stop using a replicated site. Stop of representing the company. People have seen replicated sites hundreds, thousands of times. And if they said no the first time, they probably say no again.

So what I am here to do is to tell you to be yourself, okay! Be yourself, give people a reason, why they should listen to you. Give them a reason why they should trust you.

Stop thinking of sales pitches. Stop thinking of overnight success. Building relationships with other people is what will drive you to the wealth that you dream of.

So keep that in mind and take care!

To "Be Your Own Boss" Dream: Debunking The Work From Home Myth Of Direct Sales

Direct sales companies put a great deal of time and effort into recruiting sales people. The number one lure that most direct marketing companies use is the ability to work from home. The vast majority of new recruits sign on for the promise that you can be your own boss. Is this really true, and is direct marketing all that its cracked up to be?

Direct marketing or direct sales is the selling of products and/or services directly to people. Products/services are not marketed in retail stores. Instead, sellers must push their product(s) by other means. This most often involves home parties, shows, classes or demonstrations.

Typically, a direct marketer is drawn by the enticement of being able to work from home. The idea of being able to be your own boss is alluring, so many sign on with high hopes.

However, an estimated 50 percent of new direct sales recruits drop out within the first six months. A good number of these drop out within the first two months. These dropouts cite two major reasons for their disillusionment:

1. The income they are generating is not as great as they believed it would be.

2. The work from home job turned out to involve more work outside of the home than anticipated.

Unfortunately, direct sales companies exaggerate claims about how much out-of-home work is really required to launch a successful business. They often quote promising and encouraging statistics about people making a livable income from home. Their sales brochures are almost always filled with testimonials from associates who love their work-from-home jobs. They seem to be able to run a business from a desktop while still picking up their kids from school every day. They manage to get dinner on the table every night, and they make a great living too.

The problem with these statistics and testimonials is that they are "top-heavy." They represent only a small percentage of the total number of direct sales people working for the company. Those at the top of the chain usually do make a good living. However, they often make more money off the sales of their recruits than from their own personal sales.

The vast majority of direct marketers wanting to work from home find themselves quickly disappointed. They end up spending far more time out of the house trying to generate sales than they do at home. After all, the key to making sales in this type of company is through home parties or demonstrations in the homes of others. Sales people must spend several hours per week away from home peddling their product(s)/services. The bulk of personal sales do not come from phone or Internet sales, but through live, in-person encounters. Direct selling is really little more than the modern equivalent of door-to-door selling.

Sales people then become disillusioned. They're unable to generate enough income to make it worth the trouble. Neither are they willing or able to spend more time away from home. After all, they signed up because they wanted to work FROM home.

The notion of wanting to be your own boss also tends to fade quickly from reality to fantasy. No direct marketer can truly be his or her own boss because there is always pressure from above. Those at the top of the sales chain cannot make money unless their recruits are making money. The result is that someone at the top is always pressuring those at the bottom. They continually ask them to do more than perhaps they ever wanted to when they signed on.

Is it possible to be your own boss in direct marketing? Yes. One need only to look at those testimonials to see this. However, it isn't always as simple as it sounds in the recruiting brochures. Those who truly want to be their own bosses must be prepared to spend time away from home. The bottom line is that direct marketing may not be the work from home job that you have always dreamed of.

What are we doing on this world? (Part 3)

And if you can not do this, your not human, you are more animal. You are fighting for existence. You are always attacking everybody around you, because you are so afraid.

Look at our leaders, how they attack other countries because they are so afraid. And there is nothing to be afraid of. Because if you will love people, they will love you back. It is that simple. It is not that complicated life.

But somehow there is a force, also known as the dark force, that is appearing so strong that people don’t believe in themselves, they believe in the dark force and they serve the dark. And they are going to profit from everybody. And they function as parasites on this planet.

And the great majority of people have become parasites. Not that they want to be parasites, they really want to be loved. But there is no other way. Everybody is the same.

So we need now people to be different. To believe in themselves. And express their love, and be happy, and unite everybody. And that is the final awakening.

And now the question is, who is awakening on this planet? The young people? They are already there. They already know the system, and know that something is very bad, is very wrong with the system and they are trying to get away from it. But one day they have to pay the bills. And they have to be part in that system, and become equally and as greedy as negative as the rest of mankind. Or they are 90% of the day negative and 10% nice. Sort of one hour before they go to bed. But that’s not good enough.

What is good enough? That we are all the time alert and stimulating one another to do the right thing not by judging but by showing the way. Now you can be simply showing the way. Many simple people who work in hospitals or prisons, who are very loving, because so many people suffer so much. And they work from morning to night because they love to serve.

We have to learn the lessons of integration, to create the situation where the negative and the positive situations unite. Not the positive in preference of the negative, no, because you create separation that way.
You have to unite them. The poles got to be united so you get one big light. We have to learn to dance in harmony. Woman and Man as one person. Positive and Negative as one. The Hart and The Mind as one.

When you are one, you become so conscious of your abilities as a creator. That the two of you create the most beautiful things in the world. So that other people also can do the same. We all have to stimulate everyone to be equally, as capable, as knowledgeable, and creative as everybody else. And not one to control the other, no!

Those who are highest in conscious will receive the most respect. It is a question of respect, not a question of control.

The greatest gift you can give to your friend or to your partner is the gift of trust. That you trust him to be divine, that you trust him he will do the right thing. And if you trust them, they will do it, even when they were not planning it to do it, because you trust him so much he is going to do it anyway. That is creation, and that is security. You can pass on the knowledge by just being honest.

We have made so many mistakes. And it is good that we made all these mistakes. Because you will never know the truth, unless you have studied all that what is not truth. And now we can see that we have been misguided by our religious organizations. Almost every religious organization has got it by the wrong end. Because religion is not in order to help and to love and guide people to the right thing, but religion is created to control. And they create a god with a lot of rules, and if you upset the rules you have upset god according to their stories.

To kill people is a bad thing. And religions are prepared to kill people because you broke the rule. And that is wrong. If you are honest you know this is wrong.

We have to become more confident and believe more in ourselves. You begin to live with more honor, and more respect for one another.
So the time has come to stop to follow false leaders. We all have to decide to conquer the animal inside ourselves, so that the animal isn’t expressing itself with its fears, but its divine that expresses itself with love and co-operative attitudes. A good world is not a gift that comes to us, a good world is what you deserve because of your actions and your expressions. We will then representing the good energies.

Many things have happened in our live and many mistakes have been made. We need to forgive that. We have to forgive the injustices that has been leveled against us. And also you have to forgive the injustice way you have expressed yourself to other people. Because all that was happening because there was a lot of misunderstanding going on. To much dogma, to many opinions, to little understanding. To clean up your mind from all these negative inputs, you just have to forgive them and let them go. Like you blow up a balloon and let it go.

The first thing you do is to write down everything you are unhappy about. And forgive it. Let it go. And as you free yourself from that you free yourself also from the pain.

We have to choose leaders that are indeed for everybody. Who want really peace.

It is difficult to believe in a diplomat, because a diplomat is someone who can never really tell the truth. That’s what diplomacy is all about. Expressing an aspect of the truth, not all of the truth. And in diplomacy you need that, because there are so many opposing opinions.

But now we have to cut in this. And say come on, let’s not play games anymore. Let’s go to the real thing, let’s do it now, not tomorrow, now. And I am sure if you would share that with everybody, in all the papers, to everybody,… hey… everybody will do it. Everybody wants to be part of it and will support it.

What side are you on? Are you on the side of the dark, and fear, and conflicts or are you on the side of love, of light and sharing, and co-operating with one another, and serving one another.

The majority wants the love, the light,… but what they did not realize that they have to become an active creator, aspect of what they actually want in their life. So we need more positive communications, and let everybody understand their role.

As creators we are also able to use imagination. Imagination is the power, the tool that we have in order to create exactly that what we want. In your imagination you need to dream more, you have to close your eyes to the world, and begin to dream, what is it what you want? What is it what you like to see happening? What would you like to create? How would you like to help? And you visualize the world of your ideal. Where everybody is in peace. Where everybody is happy. And how you are helping this happiness. That visualization, that dream, that you can put up on the screen of your mind, is your contribution to creation. When other people begin to dream and they pick up your dream, and it begin to spread, that is communication. We are spiritual beings. We are not just physical beings.

You begin to attract in your live other people who are equally dreaming similar dreams. And the service will be to help somebody. Or to smile to somebody.

This world will change to a world we all wanted to have. Where you feel secure because everybody else is your friend.

Don't always tell the truth

Sometimes asking questions to understand the other's truth is more valuable. When you strongly disagree with another's position about something, sharing your own opposite beliefs may lead to conflict and cut off further conversation.

To create a dialogue instead of an argument, try asking them to explain their views in more detail.

Although you feel tempted to refute their position, keep listening and asking questions until you feel you understand how they have arrived at their beliefs, and why these beliefs are so important to them.

When you reach this point decide whether or not it now seems useful or important to share your own truth.

Social Network Marketing is HOT

Social network marketing is hot right now, and we are at the beginning of an online revolution, where many business owners will either experience the opportunity of a lifetime – if they understand how to utilize it appropriately - or it means the end of their businesses. Simply put, if you have a networking business, leaving out social media as part of your marketing is NOT an option.
The good news is that it isn’t hard to become a social media whiz.

Many sites include features where companies can create profiles. For example, on Facebook companies can create pages where users can become fans of this company, product, service, individual, etc.

The success of social network marketing will increase enormously. A perceived lack of business ethics have resulted in a consumer tendency to mistrust traditional advertising and depend more on word-of-mouth marketing.

But the two-way flow can be a risk for companies unaccustomed to dealing directly with consumers, who just as easily can complain on an online forum about a lousy customer service experience as they can join the fan page for a brand on Facebook. By jumping into social media, marketers give up some control over the message they want consumers to hear.

There’s also a danger of rushing into the medium without understanding the technology and its culture

Starting a conversation with consumers also can be more effective than placing ads on social networking sites.

What are we doing on this world? (Part 2)

You may come into planet earth when you are incarnated here. You come from a world that is united, full of love, and from that point you go to a lower world - which is our world, three dimensional - and it's a world of duality. So everything that used to be one is seperated in positive and negative, male and female. And these two need to unite.

But we have never learned that. We have never learned in our religions that the male and the female have to unite in order tot become conscious. In fact that made us afraid and instead we say: no the divine, the god is out there, and you need to worship it, and you need to hope that it will bless you. But that's a false teaching.

Because the divine is not outside, but inside us. We are all divine beings. But the problem with our learning is that we need to understand that the animal nature and the divine nature which are seperated, need to be united. And so it is the animal in us that is fearful, that is always fighting to get more. And it is the divine in us that is able to be co-operative and to be loving.

The job for each human being, is to unite these two energies within ourselves. The masculine part which is the mind, and the feminine part which is more the hart. These two need to be function in harmony. That the intuition which is the energy of love and understanding, is guiding the mind to do the right thing.

Now if we could believe in ourselves, we would immediately say the right thing. But we don't believe in ourselves, we believe in god, somewhere outside. That god will do it for us, or that he will bless us. But he isn't going to do nothing. The divine is already inside you.

So we have reached a point where we have to make new decisions. We have to forgive the past. We aren't going to point fingers at anybody, but we need to breathe deeply and say: how do I want to live my life? Do I want to live it with fear, that is projected on me from all the leaders all around the world, manipulating and controlling. Or am I going to ignore that and just do what my hart feels is the right thing to do. And then you find you're going to be friendly with everybody. A smile is like a ripple, when you see somebody smile. You feel uplifted. That's a service.

And that's what our system should be: service orientated. Where you serve others with the right information that the people can become who they are supposed to be.

We are all learning. Every human being are all here to learn the lessons of integration, where you learn to unite the opposite with yourself. You are the light, and the light attracts experience - these are your daily experiences - and that you need to love.

If you can't love because you have all kinds of opinions about other people or certain situations, you are not going to love it because you are always judging. Always this pointing finger. Forgetting that there are always three fingers pointing back to you. But you don't see that.

The game is not to judge anymore. The game is to love. The game is not to fear but to believe in yourself and as yourself express your light. And that is the human experience.

What are we doing on this world? (Part 1)

What are we doing on this planet? What is the reason why we life on this planet? Why do we have so much chaos?

Live is a journey towards discorvering 'Who You Are'. And when you have come to that junction that you discover 'Who You Are', then you get peace. Once you are in peace, you can create according to your creating consciousness.

But this is very difficult. We have been trying for thousands and thousands of years to create a world that is prosperous; where we recognize one another as divine and equal, and share and co-operate. But we have never been able to do that.

Now, why is that? So why are we all this different cultures so extremely different? And when you study that, I noticed that all people are the same. They all want to love and they al want to be loved.

But that is not what is happening! Even through all of us want to be loved, somehow it is difficult for people to love one another and to be honest with one another and to exchange things in an honest fashion.

People have organized our system in such a way that everybody wants to have profit, and lots of profit, as much as possible. It is a kind of sickness.

I mean two thousand years ago a lot of people believe we had a great man in the name of Jesus. He throw the money changers out of the temple. He said, these are the lowest of the low, never let them in again. Because they will destroy the world.

And we let them in again.

And here we have all these bankers and now everything is economy and everybody has to make profit, and everybody is running around, spending 12 hours a day at work every day, to pay the bills, hoping that they will have enough work to do this.

And it has become a crazy world. And nobody respects anybody anymore. But everybody uses everybody in order to get the necessary money to whatever bills they have to pay.

And it has become a sad situation. Love seems to be totally forgotten. And that is because of our system. And our system now has gone from religious dogma to economical dogma, that everybody has to pay a little bit more to those who control the economy. And this is going to go worse. You see the wars are happening, governments don't recognize the light of the love of anybody, they kill thousands and thousands of people just to get their hands on the resources of other countries.

And humanity doesn't seem to object. They know that it is wrong. But they don't know how to express because who you are going to complain to?

We have now reach the time in our evolution that people begin to become aware of what it is in our consciousness that need to change in order to get a better world. And that is not removing people from powerful positions. It is by showing a different face, showing a more loving face. Not one of fear, but one of love. And that is the whole point of our learning.
